I didn’t work on MLK day – well I did work, but worked at home and not on my computer.  So for 3 days I did not check emails.  Tuesday morning as I opened Microsoft Outlook they came pouring in – 778 of them suckers!

Well, some 396 went directly into the Spam folder.  At any rate I worked my way through the rest to find that I really had 48 emails that were pertinent.

I was sorely amazed at the number of sweepstakes, lotteries, email drawing, offers to make money without work and business opportunities that I won or was offered.  If I added them all up, I found that I could single handed pay off an extremely large chunk of the national debt as well as my humble little debt.  I don’t know if you receive these or not but if we forwarded all of these to our senators and congressmen, they could use them to reduce the national debt.

I am glad Al Gore invented the internet, but I wish he would have passed on the SPAM.

Okay, stupid idea, but it would leave me more time to answer all of the Viagra ads I get!
